NRTEC's 2025 annual planning activities officially concluded

Team integration creates the future

On December 29, the event kicked off at Tianzhu Mountain in Haicang. Under the guidance of Coach Lei, the team members quickly broke 

the barriers between each other and enhanced the cohesion of the team through team integration and baseball activities. In the evening, a warm 

dinner and BBQ party allowed team members to further deepen their understanding of each other in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

               

               

                 

                 

               

Sharing wisdom, planning blueprint

On December 30, the team moved to the Courtyard by Marriott Xiamen Baiqi and began the intense and fulfilling goal-planning work. Chairman Lin's PPT sharing of "Goodbye 2024, Hello 2025" 

provided a macro perspective for team members, allowing everyone to have a clearer understanding of the upcoming year. Afterward, team members discussed in groups and jointly constructed 

the annual plan framework, laying the foundation for NRTEC's development in 2025.

In the afternoon, team members continued to deepen the co-creation of annual plans, and continuously optimized and improved the planning content through on-site reports and comments. 

In the evening, through the desert gold mining management sandbox simulation, team members exercised their decision-making and teamwork abilities in a simulated business environment.

 

               

 

 

Results display, motivation to move forward

On December 31, the team members displayed the PPT results of each department in the conference room of Tongan Dalongmen Forest Park. 

The comments of the leaders such as Shawn, Amy, and Candy provided valuable feedback and suggestions for the team members. Afterward, 

the team members challenged the graduation wall and high-altitude projects outdoors. Through these extreme challenges, the team's cohesion and 

the personal growth of the members were further enhanced.

                

                 

Closing ceremony, looking forward to a new chapter

On the last day of the event, team members held a closing ceremony in the conference room. Through this event, NRTEC's team not only achieved fruitful 

results in planning but also achieved a qualitative leap in team cohesion. Team members have expressed that they will meet the challenges of 2025 with more 

enthusiasm and firm belief.

The successful holding of NRTEC's 2025 planning activities not only demonstrated the team's professionalism and team spirit but also a vivid embodiment of 

brand culture and values. In the days to come, NRTEC will continue to uphold the philosophy of using innovation to make packaging simpler and cooperation 

and excellence, and grow together with its team members.
