Where is your factory?
We have two production bases, equipment production base in Xiamen Haicang, consumables production base in Nanjing, Zhangzhou.

What is your payment method?
Our regular payment terms is T/T 30% in advance, 70% balance payment before shipment.
For small quantity and amount orders, we suggest paying T/T 100% in advance to save the service fee.

How about the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. Express delivery is usually the fastest but also the most expensive. Ocean shipping is the best choice for bulk goods. Only when we know the details of quantity, weight and method can we give you the accurate shipping cost. Please contact us for more information.

What is the product warranty?
We are committed to making you satisfied with our products. We provide a 1-year warranty, but for cardboard shredders, we provide a 2-year warranty for the machine body and a 3-year warranty for the cutter. Whether it is within the warranty period or not, we will provide a 3-to-1 after-sales service connection so that your questions can be responded to quickly.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require a minimum order quantity of 1 piece for all international orders. If you want to place a large order, you can do a sample test first.

What services do you provide?
We provide a 1-year warranty, a 3-to-1 after-sales service connection, and we provide customized machine body color and logo services. During the warranty period, we will provide product operation videos and after-sales tutorials.

What are your advantages?
